Do you want to register an item as an RMA or return? Send an email to info @ mr-security with your complaint or defect or call us on telephone number 023-2050100.
Send the item to us after receiving an RMA or return number. Pack the item in the original packaging.

The shipment must clearly state the address details and telephone number as well as the description of the problem and the RMA number.
The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment, therefore we advise you to send the package by registered post and to keep the proof of shipment, so that you can claim a possible loss from your carrier.
This online service is an efficient method for checking the “return” of the products in question, ensuring visibility and traceability so that the return process can be completed satisfactorily.
